Roselm Industries, Inc. offers a wide range of wire wrapping services. Roselm Industries, Inc. can produce rapid and precise prototype and small to large production volumes using automatic wire wrapping equipment. Small logic cards, IC panels, big and back planes, and card cage assemblies are all part of our broad knowledge. Logic diagrams, schematics, "from-to" wire lists, punch card decks, and punched paper tape can all be used to create software inputs. Standard panel shapes and wire routing procedures are recognizable to us.
Roselm Industries has years of experience manufacturing custom cable assemblies for computer, ground support, and communications equipment. These include multi-conductor cables with neoprene or extruded PVC jacket and polyurethane molded connector backshells.
Roselm Industries also makes many types of flexible and semi-rigid coaxial cable assemblies using various types of coaxial cable and R.F. connectors.
Roselm Industries has designed and assembled wire harnesses for chassis, panel, and rack assemblies. These range from simple connector, wire and lug termination, to complex cabinet wiring harnesses for control and instrumentation consoles. We can provide complete wire harness services which include design, layout assembly, termination and test.
Roselm Industries maintains a machining/metal forming and fabrication department to complement its other manufacturing capabilities. This provides an expedient “in-house” service for the fabrication of panels, plates, brackets, and related mechanical components. Our in-house capacity ranges from prototype to production in low, medium or high volume.
Sheet metal fabrication includes shearing, punching, forming, welding, engraving and painting.
Precision machining is accomplished with CNC turning, milling with 4th axis, and boring equipment. Conventional turning and milling equipment is also available for prototype and First Article activity.
Recent requirements included the machining of thousands of dispenser housing and castings, special configuration plates and the sheet metal fabrication of panel, brackets and chassis enclosures.
Roselm has developed excellent quality-oriented sources for certified welding, silk screening, and plating who are knowledgeable and experienced in Military Specifications requirements.
